LIPETSK: THE VETERANS HAVE THE RIGHT TO SOCIAL ADVANTAGES.
The 10 June at 17:00 a meeting took place in support of the rights of the advantages receivers on the square in front of the city administration. The meeting was organized by the KPRF with the support of the `RKSM. Lipetsk nazbols have also taken part in it.
The majority of the people who came to demonstrate were veterans or people of pension age, the rest were middle-aged people in gray outfits. No matter how angrily the nazbols yelled under the walls of the administration: “We will cut your ears off for our elderly people!” (this caused a great sympathy of the protesters) not a single face showed up in the window. Only a brigade of repairmen surprisingly stared at us, they still didn’t have the time to erase the graffiti from the building’s facade (for half a year!), right under the flagstaff – a big ass with the inscription “we fly”.
When “Limonka’s” distribution began, a crowd surrounded the distributors and literary tore the newspapers from their hands. In a couple of minutes the newspaper was out entirely. The nazbols left satisfied by themselves. The general lack of interest of the youth to the problem of social advantages does not surprise anybody anymore, but the lack of interest of the Lipetsk medias to this problem has unpleasantly surprised the nazbols, since, as we know,if the media don’t show, the public doesn’t know. It turns out that many have already forgotten that the elderly people, the veterans are our heroic past. So we have to remind them!
