Do not twist my words around. I asked the question first, and many of us are interested in your answer. Wheelchairman already gave you arguments against, now it's your turn to post something.

here is what it says in the web page, i dont support all its point but some of them, i dont support the anger against communism that they hav but i support them because its the best or at least the unique escape at the moment for Russia. the web page text:
New phase demands new methods, new forms and new instruments of political struggle. Therefore we consider as necessary a creation of a new, unprecedented type of radical and ideological structure which has a vocation to give an adequate response to the call of History. Long live national-bolshevism!
What is a national-bolshevism? A fusion of the most radical forms of social resistance with the most radical forms of national resistance is a national-bolshevism.
Thousands years of Russian national traditions will flow together with the ideas of social justice and social equity in the National-Bolshevik movement. A perverted and mutilated during the last 70 years of our history the ideas of social justice for all (“communistic”), nevertheless shall always summon a lively response in the hearts of Russian people, which has historically developed from the peasants communes, from peoples collective, - “world”.
By naming one of two ideologies - Bolshevik, we aim to avoid the compromised by rascals and traitors word “communism.
To present day a two ideologies: national and social have been uniting on the compromise level, a pragmatic temporary union. In national-bolshevism they will interflow in an inseparable integrity.
An attempts to unite these ideologies was undertaken in the course of all of Newest History. (From Jacobeans through Ustrialov and Nikisha till “New Europe” of Tiriar.) We intend to carry out this paramount confluence.
We understand a social revolution as a synonym to national revolution and a national revolution a synonym to social revolution.
Our goals and objectives are: Removal of an antinational junta and a regime of social dictate of the minority from power. Establishment of new order, based on national and social traditions of Russian people.

New phase demands new methods?
bolshevism dates to 1903. National Socialism dates to around 1928 or so.
And then establishing a regime based on Russian culture. Ignoring the fact that most of the Russian Federation are non-russian cultures.

This could mean that the world has screwed up the word "communism" so much that the NBP wants to avoid being stereotyped in the same way. Does anyone else see it like this or is it just me?

As you mentioned it being non Russian culture you are wrong. Even former Soviet republics have a population that maintain Russian customs and speak Russian. With exceptions of Azerbaijan and the Baltic countries.

When will you learn, they are not interested in changing society, they are interested in ensuring the place of the rich, these parties spring up whenever capitalism reaches it's crises.

No. The NBP is an organization of right-wing nationalists bent on spreading the Russian culture all over. (nazis, anyone?)
